Sidak Singh, DDS, MS

Dr. Singh is a leading general and cosmetic dentist in New York, NY. She has built her exceptional reputation and patient following with a personalized approach to comprehensive, cosmetically beautiful dental care.

Dr. Singh’s brightest inspiration as a dentist and as founder of Columbus Park DentalĀ® comes from helping patients feel comfortable and (begin to!) enjoy their dentist visits. She is passionate about alleviating dental fears and forging long-term relationships with her patients. Dr Singh works, lives, and plays in the Upper West Side and has built Columbus Park DentalĀ® to serve her patients and their families for decades to come.

Dr. Singh’s experience has honed her expertise in a vast array of dental skills. She applies those skills using the latest dental technologies and a collaborative patient approach.

Dr. Singh earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Howard University College of Dentistry in Washington DC, after completing Master of Science at NYU and her Bachelor of Arts at The George Washington University. She completed her General Practice Residency at Interfaith Medical Center, where she focused on cosmetic and restorative dentistry.

Jason Cho, DDS, MD

Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon

Dr. Jason Cho was born in Seoul, Korea, and grew up in Northern California. He attended Cornell University, studying Economics & Biology, and then obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from SUNY Stony Brook in New York. He graduated with the AAOMS Dental Implant Student Award and the Student Oral Biology Award for academic achievements. In addition, he was chosen as one of two dental students to complete a year-long research fellowship at the prestigious Howard Hughes Medical Institute-NIH in Bethesda, MD.

He attended the University of Pittsburgh where he attained his MD degree from the medical school and completed an internship in general surgery. He graduated with his certificate in oral & maxillofacial surgery at the University of Pittsburgh.

Dr. Cho is board-certified by the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, and is a member of the American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons and the American Dental Association. He is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and BLS (Basic Life Support).

Dr. Cho has presented at numerous national meetings and has published several articles on the management of pediatric oral maxillofacial pathology. His surgical interests lie in dentoalveolar procedures such as implants, wisdom teeth, bone grafting, as well as trauma surgeries. In his spare time, Dr. Cho enjoys traveling, running, biking, and exploring the beautiful outdoors.

Dalton Pham, DMD

Endodontist

Originally from the Bay Area in California, Dr. Dalton Pham brings a thoughtful, research-driven approach to endodontic care. He earned his undergraduate degree in biochemistry from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), graduating Summa Cum Laude with departmental highest honors. Before entering clinical practice, Dr. Pham trained extensively in scientific research, a foundation that continues to shape his precision and commitment to preserving natural teeth, even in the most complex cases.

He went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from the Harvard School of Dental Medicine, followed by specialty training in endodontics at New York University. He also completed a postdoctoral residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry at NYU Langone. Dr. Pham is an active member of both the American Dental Association and the American Association of Endodontists.

At Columbus Park Dental, Dr. Pham is known for his calm demeanor, meticulous care, and dedication to clinical excellence. When he’s not in the operatory, you might find him lifting weights, checking out local drag shows, browsing boutiques around the city, or celebrating NYC Pride. A fun fact: though he writes with his left hand, he handles all his dental work with his right.

Salar Ebrahimi, DDS, MS

Dentist Anesthesiologist

Dr. Salar Ebrahimi, founder of America Anesthesia Partners (AAP), is a board-certified dentist anesthesiologist known for providing high-quality, narcotic- and opioid-free anesthesia services. He completed his residency at Jacobi Medical Center, where he served as Chief Resident, gaining expertise in anesthesia for a wide range of procedures, including trauma and pediatric care.

At AAP, Dr. Ebrahimi prioritizes patient safety and comfort through personalized, innovative anesthesia care. He is also an Attending Faculty member at Jacobi Medical Center, mentoring future dentist anesthesiologists. He holds a DDS from Howard University and an MS in biomedical science from Barry University, with certifications in PALS, ACLS, and BLS, and is a Diplomat of the American Board of Dental Anesthesia.

Outside of work, Dr. Ebrahimi enjoys staying active, pursuing artistic interests, and traveling. His dedication to patient care, education, and continuous learning makes him a leader in his field.

Sunny Lew, DMD

General Dentist

Dr. Sunny Lew completed her undergraduate education at Wellesley College in Wellesley, Massachusetts. She received her dental education at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts, where she received the Dr. Alfred Osher, DG62, and Mrs. Suzi Osher Endowed Scholarship for exhibiting the highest degree of personal and work ethics. Then she made her move to New York City and completed her general practice residency at New York Presbyterian. She was awarded the resident of the year.

At Columbus Park Dental, she loves working closely with patients, providing them with comprehensive oral care. Outside of dentistry, she loves to spend time with her dog Benny.
